Adrian O’Brien
Founder & Head Gardener
Adrian Founded Allium Landscapes in 1995 after realising his love for plants and transforming outdoor spaces. Since then he has worked hard to develop the business and build our excellent reputation in and around the South West London area. He is still very much hands on with the business and continues to enjoy creating gardens, but can relax in the knowledge that his children, Rob, Neil, Tom and Becky are driving the business forward.
Rob O’Brien
Company Director
Rob has been in the landscaping industry since the age of 16. He has worked in all aspects of the company from working on the tools, quoting for projects to most recently managing and expanding Allium Landscapes.
Since becoming the managing director, Rob has built Allium Landscapes into a highly successful, multidisciplinary landscaping company, working on projects throughout south west London and expanding into Surrey.
Rob oversees and manages every single project, starting with the initial consultation through to the completion of the project. He works very closely with both the customer and the team to ensure projects are completely efficiently and within budget.
Rebecca O’Brien
Garden Designer
Detailed drawings and specifications are absolutely key, without them the landscapers would struggle to build the garden as intended. Becky has an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for her work, which is evident in the beautiful gardens she creates. The layout of a garden is only the starting point, it is critical to have knowledge of the materials and planting. Along with her professional, yet down to earth approach, Becky is an expert horticulturalist who delivers beautiful and highly detailed planting designs that bring our gardens to life.
Neil O’Brien
Plant Specialist
Neil is one of our experienced landscapers, however soft landscaping and planting are his passion. He finds most satisfaction bringing the soft elements to any landscaping project. His extensive horticultural knowledge and love for plants is infectious and his attention to detail is second to none. Neil is fascinated by the discipline of planting design in which the countless possibilities and interesting planting combinations can produce displays of intense beauty. He ensures every last part of the client’s needs are met because he wants to provide the best results possible.
Given his interest in plants, you will often find Neil at RHS Wisley on a weekend, or with his head buried in a garden book.
Tom O’Brien
Head Landscaper
Tom’s enthusiasm for landscaping is evident from the first time you meet him. He takes every project seriously and is passionate about providing the highest standard of workmanship. He is exceptionally skilled in all aspects of hard and soft landscaping and delivers each project with complete precision and thorough attention to detail. Having worked in the industry for over 25 years, his vast experience makes him patient and methodical mentor to our trainees.
